Greetings! Over the past several years, the National Park Service (NPS) and its partners have made significant investments to improve the visitor experience at Valley Forge and have enhanced group tour services through a unique partnership with the Valley Forge Convention and Visitors Bureau. The online registration system is our next step toward improving the experience for all groups of 10 or more visiting the Park and will result in a significantly more rewarding experience for your customers. Knowing when your group is going to arrive will ensure that it will be best accommodated at the Visitor Center, Encampment Store, and Park Theater. Groups visiting Washington’s Headquarters will enjoy the open house format and the ability to explore the area based on their own interests and time constraints. The complex includes the original building, the restored Valley Forge Train Station, and the Guard Huts. The
registration service is free, as is admission to all park facilities.
Simply complete the on-line form; you will receive a registration
confirmation within 48 hours. When possible, please try to give us at
least 30 days notice of your group’s arrival. If you have any questions regarding this system or group visits in general, please contact Kirsten Tallman, Visitor Service Liaison, at 610-783-1031 or vfpark@valleyforge.org For information about daily activities, student programs and event information, please visit the Park web site at www.nps.gov/vafo For group itineraries, hotel assistance and general information about visiting the Valley Forge area, please visit www.valleyforge.org or e-mail tours@valleyforge.org. Thank you for your continued support of Valley Forge National Historical Park. We look forward to welcoming you soon. |
